We collect account details such as your name, email address, organization name, login method, and subscription status. When you create a chatbot, we also process website URLs, public page content, uploaded documents, FAQs, widget settings, conversations, leads, and usage analytics.
We use this information to create your workspace, train and improve your chatbot, show dashboard analytics, capture visitor leads, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
Visitor messages may be stored so you can review conversations and leads in your dashboard. You are responsible for telling your website visitors that an AI chatbot is available and that conversations may be processed to provide responses.
dhroopAI may use services such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, AI model providers for responses and embeddings, vector databases for search, Redis for background jobs, and Razorpay for payments. These providers process data only as needed to operate the product.
We use cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, and support secure authentication flows such as Google login.
We keep account, chatbot, conversation, lead, and billing records while your account is active or as required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You can request deletion by contacting support.
