Using the service

dhroopAI helps you create, train, customize, and install an AI chatbot for your website. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use dhroopAI to break the law, collect sensitive data without proper notice or consent, distribute malware, spam visitors, impersonate others, or attempt to access another customer's account or data.

Customer content

You are responsible for the websites, documents, FAQs, prompts, widget content, and other materials you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content with dhroopAI.

AI responses

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing important answers, configuring your chatbot appropriately, and deciding how the chatbot should be presented to your visitors.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans may include usage limits for messages, leads, websites, or training volume. Fees are billed according to the selected plan. Payment processing may be handled by Razorpay or another payment provider.

Service availability

We work to keep dhroopAI available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security work, or other operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dhroopAI is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
